In the context of software engineering, software quality measures how well software is designed (quality of design), and how well the software conforms to that design (quality of conformance). Depending on the nature of the project we decide either classical SDLC described below or lightweight Agile methodology.
Quality product is outcome of quality management. We ensure efficient management by QM based on ISO 9001:2000 Guideline. Using our own tool we maintain configuration control, revision management and progress tracking. For Java applications documentations are streamlined with Javadoc and for larger web projects we produce detail specification and maintain traceability matrix with developed product.
